Title, if a Monarch is swapped the night they try to knight someone the knighting will not happen.
Curtis explained in General how CS worked and so Im pretty sure this isnt fixable since Monarch ability happens during the day.
The bug might also exist with Admirer's bestow since it works like a knight.

I believe that's bc it happens at the start of the day instead of at the end of the night. cl retrain will also not go through if they die that night
