From testing I have learned that Shroud's shroud is quite inconsistent

Tracker CAN see the shroud visit his target if his target doesn't visit

Plaguebearer DOES infect a shroud who shrouds them if they don't visit

Werewolf who used track scent on a shroud CAN'T see the shroud visit his target even if his target doesn't visit

Warlock CAN'T see the shroud visit his target even if his target doesn't visit

Lookout CAN'T see the shroud visit his target even if his target doesn't visit

Veteran CAN kill a shroud who shrouds him while on alert

Werewolf CAN'T kill a shroud who shrouds them if the werewolf doesn't visit
