Choose a player to kill and cannibalize.
If they die, that player's corpse will not appear the following day, and they will be skipped in the Who Died and How phase. They will still appear in the graveyard, albeit their role will be hidden, their Last Will will be removed, and their only cause of death will be the Cannibal.

Coroners cannot Autopsy cannibalized bodies.

If a player is Stone Gazed, your cannibalization will fail and their corpse will still appear the following day.
