Veil feels like an extra gimmick just slapped onto the role, and the basic def steps into Tp territory

Veil is kinda key to their design to not make it OP (In which makes this town warlock but with JOAT set) but Basic Defense is abit much so I'll probably remove that

i think my main gripes with this are that 1. it is not trying to fulfil a niche at all and instead just feels like a cohesion of ideas put into one role 2. it has very specific usecases, as you said yourself monarchs knighting an evil (that is totally not the mons fault) and tt marsh mon pros, in a gamemode like ranked this would have little to no use in the slightest. if youve reached a point where evils have majority in ranked youve already lost and what? youre gonna punish coven for having majority in the late game 3. framing evils literally only affects nk (who need detection immunity cause theyre literally solo lol) and illusionist, also very specific usecases
