with the removal of defense for nks when compilance modifier is on, i feel like there could be a compilance TT modifier.
This modifier should only be able to appear if compilance is enabled first, so you don't have a TT that is alone by himself because someone forgot to add compilance modifier in his custom list

Compliance isn't balanced

And It's hard to make a TT list around something that isn't balanced
