-At the start of the game, 3 random townies will betray the town and instead form their own separate faction, the Fugitives. All Fugitives appear as enemies to the Town like any other faction, however Fugitive Town Protectives and Fugitive Town Supports will have detection immunity to the Sheriff.

-Fugitive townies may chat together during the night like any other faction and will know each other's respective roles.

-To prevent conflicts, Fugitives may not be selected to become a Town Traitor or Recruit. If there are less than 3 applicable townies to choose from, then this modifier will make as many townies as possible into Fugitives.

-Fugitive Town Killings and Fugitive Town Powers will not receive any punishment if they kill a townie.

-There will always be at least one Fugitive Town Power or Fugitive Town Killing if the role list allows for it.

Eliminate anyone who opposes the Fugitives. (Wins with NPs and may spare NEs, but has to kill anyone else)

getting fugitive bg would feel awful unless you also have fugitive doc which chain but town can just eliminate you eventually

I mainly intended this to be a 2nd faction of sorts, with it sort of relying on the Killpower of coven/apoc roles.

it would be basically like double tt but one of the faction doesnt have kp

#

if you are let say in 3v4 situation you dont have kp you would (probably) lose unlike if it was 3v4 as apoc/cov which have kp (or transformed apoc)
