The main problem with jesters (one of many) is having no ways to deal with them. Those ways are vigi and jailor (+trick). Any more would make for a great bandage fix!

the response to an obvious jester should always be "inno let the tks kill it" not "guilty let them win"

anyways the best change for jester is to remove it's chances from spawining in NE, CN, RN, any, and true any imo
