Admirer

Attack: No Attack
Defense: No Defense

Alignment: Town (Support)
Faction: Town

Goal: Kill and execute all criminals and evildoers.

  • You will win with other members of the Town.

Ability 1: Care [3️⃣]

  • Choose to Care for your Lover, granting them Powerful Defense for the night.
    - Your Lover will know if you use this ability on them.
  • Your visits will be Astral.

Ability 2: Encourage [2️⃣]

  • Choose to Encourage your Lover, making any Roleblocks against them fail, while also causing them to ignore a Witch's Control.
  • If your target attacks anyone, they will Pierce through any protection from others.
  • Your Lover will not Visit their target.
  • Your visits will be Astral.

Special Ability: Propose [1️⃣]

  • During the day, you may choose a player to Propose to.
  • When night falls, your target will become Lovers with you, you will unlock your other abilities once this happens.
  • You cannot use this ability on Day 1.

Attributes:

  • You cannot use Care and Encourage at the same time.
  • You can secretly speak with your Lover, but they cannot speak to you.
  • If your Lover dies, you will also die.
  • You are notified if your Lover is hauled off to Jail or Dueled by the Pirate, your Lover knows when this happens to you aswell.
  • Your Lover always knows your exact role.
  • If you die but your Lover survives, only they will be able to see your Last Will.

I think the problem with this is that using care instantly confirms you, and being self confirming was one of the problems with old adm

the amount of admirer reworks this server has is sickening now i wanna make one (Opinion) I like this I feel admirer should lean more towards being a JOAT that doesn't self confirm them

Problem is that a tav can be pois, baker or auditor, a ret can be necro, none of the ts are immediately as strongly confirmed as this would be.

strong? it still has the penalty of dying if its Lover dies

and besides, people care more about the utility of Poisoner and Necromancer rather than the possible fake claims since they have the exact same abilities

since both can potentially give Coven a free kill

how strong this role really is just depends on how much you trust someone

and there's no point in proposing to TPows, that's really just a one way ticket to hell

since things like Ritualist, Doomsayer, and Judge exist

This still has the issue in instant confirmation though
Like, all it takes is the admi to talk privately to their lover at night and suddenly they're hard confirmed
But I do like the combination of btos2 admi and tos2 admi

By strong I mean if you propose to someone who is trusted you are suddenly unpushable, which is something no other ts can easily earn

Any tav can be pushed as an evil rber, and ret needs a vigi or Mon or get lucky with something else and it would still get accused of being necro

Still, unless one of those roles puts in an INSANE amount of work, they are less.conf than an adm on anyone even remotely trusted

To be hardconf as tav, you need to rb, and get all evil rbers out
