Afaik no, because a revealed Mayor’s defense cannot be raised which is what potion master’s ability does.

Also, I think PM puts a barrier on people which is the exact same as what Cleric does code-wise

in vanilla, PM can heal revealed mayor

which meant that the restriction only applied to crus and cleric, nothing else

since admirer was also able to defend them

This can potentially have a use, if it's Mayor vs PM vs Shroud/SK without rampage, the NK will most likely kill the Mayor(killing the PM would lead to an instant loss) and proceed to win the 1v1, but the PM can heal the Mayor and let the Mayor decide who wins instead
