  • Instead of town voting someone for trial, they vote someone to become Hangman for the day.
  • Hangman decides one person to be hung, or can abstain.
  • Town is able to vote multiple people to become Hangman.
  • All trial hijacking roles will revert trials to their original state for the day.

----- NOTES -----
Jester would do the same thing it does as if a prosecutor chose the jester.

Only one hang is possible, multiple hangman can't all get their own choices.

I'm unsure if self voting should be allowed in this mode, there are up and downs to it, but it is something to consider.

Ok maybe executioner is a bad name for this concept

#

hangman, how didn't I think of that

Can people vote for themselves to become the Hangman?

#

if not then Mayor loses in 1v1s insted of wins

I would believe voting for yourself is not possible, because it just makes everyone only vote themself and argue about themself, it's better if people have to go "who do I trust..."

in this case Mayor sucks

#

like a lot

#

since now its voting power and its confirmability goes against each other

#

and it also can't win 1v1s anymore

I mean the ability for a self confirming role to vote itself kinda, hurts evils chance to shake maj

#

it's still a tpow

#

it would be significantly worse than pros for example

#

which is in the same category as it

#

plus pros can be protected by cleric/oracle, mayor cannot

#

I think Mayor should probably be changed a bit if this modifier is enabled

#

otherwise it would easily be the worst tpow

#

actually I think self voting could be interesting

#

since you can still, technically make the wrong choice
