All non town roles will know what neutral pariahs (Roles, not numbers) are in game, similar to how snitch works. (idk if this includes egotist, up to devs)
REASON: I like this idea :D it allows for easier communication that's less bound by the NP finding them, when someone claims smoked in a judge game, you know they are NP.
