if a player being shrouded does not visit, then they will then target a player who VISITED the player they shrouded. then they will attack the player if the player Doesnt visit or get visited.
IE: i shroud 2. 2 doesnt visit anyone, but 5 visits 2. i attack 5.
this will make shroud able to decieve more, instead of "i visited 2, so i was shrouded."
"your target didnt visit, so you attacked someone that visited them!"
"your target didnt visit or get visited, so you attacked them!"
