Ability 1-Administrate♾️🌙: Find out how many abilities have "Failed" this night.

"Fail": A failed ability happens when a players for example, wants to use an ability but gets roleblocked/starbound, the ability doesn't work the way intended (Ritualist incorrectly guessing or Cursed Soul not stealing from his selected target is a failed ability) or an attacking role attacks someone with defense and viceversa.

Ability 2-Analyze♾️🌙: Find how many times the target "Failed" using their abilities.

-Not sus
-Roleblockable and Controllable
-Can be revived by Ret/Necro (Analyze will be used on the target)
-"Your target views the imperfections of the town, they must be an Administrator!"
