I think that maybe this should only be in effect while the role has power, considering Mayor has 3 voting power for the whole game and Marshal only has extra votes for one day. So maybe Marshal has it for one or two nights following a Tribunal and Prosecutor has it starting from their first Prosecute and ending after their last Prosecute.
