ofc this is a port from TiS, as a cooler way for CTT to happen. If Cultist spawns in TAA, maybe have it count as two members so it dosent have 5 coven in a neutral+town game, maybe also prevent them from converting most neutrals, or just contain cultist to just this list {there are plenty of role/faction-fuckery roles in the pool for TAA}.

Maybe have the convert able to have the book and able to kill when they are the last, somewhat similar to untrusted, and removing the TT timer? also would be more parity with TiS.

Also, having converts seem to be coven the nights after conversion would also be interesting, but that may be too good for town.

most people seem to see normal CTT in BTOS2 as a little boring (as dtt and att exist, ctt is a little bland), so having the ability for cov to choose the traitor, and to switch a conf townie to a traitor (kinda like agent leader from untrusted, but not as broken) could lead to more interesting games. Bans were not considered on this list, possibly ban veteran?

for those who want role details on the cultist:

At night (or day? probably keep it to night so LO/Tracker can see it), you may attempt to convert another player to the coven faction. They will keep their current role, but must now work with the coven and the coven's win condition to win. You may only convert once.

With the necronomicon, you may choose to kill instead of converting, or kill if you have already converted. You appear innocent to Sherrifs when you have the Necronomicon.
{Possibly keep it on top-ish for auto necro passing list}

as an alternative, maybe have a "Convincing Leader" Modifyer instead, where the Coven Leader instead has the ability to convert instead of intensifying power, if you wanted it to be more like the agent leader from untrusted, and not have to add another role that you would have to confine to a mode or whatever.
