I came up with an idea for Judge's lore

That Judge originally was someone else, but they were corrupt and characters like the Marshal were willing to bribe them in order to get back at people for petty things

One of the townsfolk had a family member lynched over stuff like this, so they swore revenge, took out the real judge and began pretending to be them, but now with a vendetta against the town

Yeah, no, using TOS1 as a basis Blyte absolutely is the plaguebearer AND the Pestilence, likewise Bers is absolutely fully on board and War, and SC (and Warlock as well) very clearly enjoys the collecting of the souls. It truly is just baker that confuses me on the how, but he does seem pissed at the town to want them dead

Auditor Lorestory hi

It was after tragedy, that Salem's population massively decreased, and the death of many important figures such as the Monarch was mourned. But maybe it was worth it, after all, the Necronomicon had been sealed, and the Apocalypse was stopped. Salem is now safe and sound, but still, suffering from such losses. Town had a difficult time rebuilding itself from the ground with little finances. So, the Mayor publicly declares new economic policies: Most, nearly all properties and possessions are now owned by the Marshal and Mayor. They will be focusing on rebuilding the Town. What this also means, is that the Auditor, won't be receiving any more money, as his taxes now also go to those pesky Town Powers.

The Marshal woke up the next morning in the middle of the night, his whole house covered in Smoke, he found his identity cards and such being stolen. This was weird, the Coven and the Horsemen were dead, who could have caused this?

But the axis of evil isn't finished with Town, the Auditor knows it, but evil pays-- so evil lives. It was a dark night, the Jackal heard three knocks and opened the door.

"Oh, is you again... you know, I can't really give you anything, new economics policies."
"No no, I understand, and sorry for your recent loss of course, but. Tell your recruit to shoot Poef."

The next morning, at Salem's Town Square, everyone gathered to tell the Mayor their opinion about the new economic policies, but all of a sudden a gunshot was heard, and a Deputy decided to fire their revolver. Poef was found on the ground dead, and he was Salem's Military Leader: The Marshal. Chaos erupted, but another evil took advantage, a knife was thrown at the Mayor from the crowd, and no one could see the thrower amid the chaos, no one. Except for the Auditor.

The Auditor paid a visit to the killer, the Serial Killer.
"I can show you the way, I can unseal the Necronomicon, and you can become the bad omen that you always wanted to be, the Jinx."

as for the new crew, none are known but I like the idea that Enchanter, Illusionist and Voodoo Master are actually salem business owners annoyed because the town has somehow messed with their business and joined coven who taught them how to use magic. (Enchanter a paper maker, Illusionist a fashion designer, and VM a toy maker.)

as for all the CKs and Dreamweaver ... no idea when they could be from but Conj and Rit could genuinly be from anywhere, and dreamweaver though asthetically a native, could also be from anywhere. Jinx and Wildling seem to not even use magic (without the necronomicon) so who knows about them.

Heres my head canon about rit/conj/jackal (ik im late to the party)

Ritualist is some follower of the old ones and possibly has some sort of power lent to them by the old ones (just like doomsayer). The old ones can't be a force of good because otherwise they would be helping the town. I believe that Rit was just some random fuck who decided to follow the old ones one day and the coven helps them harness said power.

Conjurer was probably in some sort of prison, and I believe that the Coven Leader freed them. Most likely they were in said prison was to contain their magic (due to the shackles on their arms, most likely the way they wield their magic), and were probably not freed too long ago. They most likely joined the coven to pay back their debt, and are most likely not at full power otherwise they would be able to nuke the town with a huge-ass meteor. The coven is helping the Conj recover from his imprisonment.

Jackal is obviously an outlaw who wants to murder the town, but this vague explanation doesn't account for why Jackal wants the Coven dead. My opinion is that the recruits and the Jackal are being tested in some way (hence the life link features between the recruits) and need to take out the town to fufill some type of trial condition.

long before time had a name, the first townie created... well the town, but also the Mafia with it, the town and Mafia fought over centuries and generations until the Coven + Apocalypse faction attacked! Luckily me and my brother found the new Avatar named Inquisitor who would bring harmony to the land. Peace was brought to the Town and Mafia, after the evil Horsemen and witches were killed. We elected a Mayor but secretly they were an Egoist who brought dictator ship and secretly made a Coven themselves! Luckily a Marshal decided to reveal! BUT! The Mayor hired a corrupt judge who would make sure the Town Never stood a chance.

At dawn, a man rides atop his stallion. It moves forth with pride, though that was intended; he wished to be seen. He wished for all people of the universe to see him ride. As the horse continues to move forward, eventually, the man came to an empty town. The fifteen houses together, forming a circle, would lead him right to the town square. His mind began to race, what he did here. What had transpired those many years ago, was something he would never forget - he believed nobody would. He had conquered this place first, he had lived here many years ago, at least his body had. He beamed with pride at his form, it was much better than that of what he had been seen as prior, when he lived a human life. Though he remembered none of it, he was glad he didn’t.

The bloodshed he had seen when he had risen, the utter violence and lynchings he had seen as they attempted to figure out who he was.. the enchanted rope remains atop the gallows of Salem to this day, the only way to put an end to his reign, for he had named himself King of this world and the galaxy. The other horsemen had been.. unfortunately dealt with during the trials of Salem, he was somewhat happy about it. He had no need to share riches, no need for others needs, just his own. His force had been enough to take over the world by storm alone, no bullet or sword could carve through his flesh, let alone armor. And eventually, he had reached the gallows themselves.

He had never come back. Not in fear, but simply because he felt no need to. He had never regretted what happened, and he would never see the world as the place humans saw it as. As he stared at the noose, footsteps began to approach behind him. He chuckled, a challenger on his home turf, he quickly grabbed the rope, and tugged it from the stand. He decided he’d give this fighter a minimal chance, instead of none at all. Wrapping it around his neck, he turned around- but the person he saw was a disheveled figure, someone who had obviously been lost, or even stuck. He checked the path from which he came, only to realize.. this was a member of the old town, though he had been spared by virtue of never leaving his house. The man began to speak, and his voice was as ragged as his figure.

” Oh dear me, who stumbles upon Salem now? A man in gleaming armor, a beard as yellow as a star.. someone who obviously has no need to come to this place.. tell me, what was it that you desired here? “

The man though for simply a moment, before speaking back to the person in front of him.

” I desired blood, and blood I had received. “

The other person began to laugh, his eyes tearing up from how high his voice had went. War became confused, for who was this man? The fact he had never seen him during the trials made him weary, perhaps this mysterious person had waited all along for his return he quickly grabbed onto his axe, and left his horse near the gallows. He walked forth, only for a barrier to appear before him. The barrier was mysterious, something that nobody could procure randomly: this person was a wielder of dark magic, magic barely less powerful than his.

” Tell me, seeker of blood, are you satiated yet? Do you feel the need for more? “

War pondered this question, he had seen battles far and wide during his travels, he had made a battlefield in his name many times, but it had never truly been enough. The person begins to speak once more, eyes staring through what little soul remained within the Acolyte’s body and War himself.

” I am but a simple Amnesiac, I remember nothing of this world nor the world previous. I am a recluse, seeking only to live my life peacefully and alone. With that, I believe you should be going. “

War nodded, this person seemed deathly concerning, and he wanted to vacate the area as quickly as possible. The dark magic surrounding him was insurmountable. Though he knew he could eliminate the threat, he decided to leave; another day he may be stronger.
