1 - Placeholder Desc, ping Curtis to fix

• If you see a message saying this, please do not submit a bug report! Instead, you can post the instance in which you found it in this channel :)
• Same goes for misspellings. Please post them below.
• Also please don’t actually ping Curt he is very aware of all this stuff, it isn’t that urgent 😅

2 - I wasn't affected by [x] (eg silence) despite being told it happened at night!

• It is possible an Admirer was accompanying you. They block all negative effects, however the messages for said effects still send through. Unless you have game logs and certain this is impossible, it is highly probable.

3 - The Modloader isn't loading correctly, even though I followed all instructions right!"

• Please refer to Curtis' advice in #1200514079052284134 message as it's possible you are experiencing a bug with Bepinex.

4 - Cannot connect to BTOS 2 at all (as Free to Play)

• If you are playing on a free account and do not have access to the Deed to the Town, you are unable to play modded. This is for several reasons beyond our control.

5 - I keep getting "Connection Rejected" when trying to join games when I didn't before!

• It is highly likely the culprit is that you have changed your TOS username. This causes desynchronization issues between the base game and who modded thinks you are. To fix this, contact Curtis or Tuba so they can fix it. If you are getting an issue like this and did not change your username at any point, make a post.

6 - My cosmetics are randomised!

• Better TOS does not have access to your skins, scrolls, pets, or other cosmetics, so upon joining a lobby these are all randomised. You can change your skin in the lobby, as this is client side.

Jackal uses Marshal’s ID, so it gets the Marshal icon ingame, and Banshee uses Socialite’s id

modded Marshal was made before vanilla Marshal came out, so it had its own ID
