also, to explain why I want doom/inq and jester/exe to be separate sub-factions, their mechanics would be uniform (mostly), which allows more concepts to be made. Currently, to make a role for NE, you have to make an anti-niche role, which is just, meh.

instead, you'd have the neutrals who kill only a certain amount of people, intrinsically locked to their wincon, and neutrals who want to trick and annoy town for their win con
