Anarchy is an NS so it is supposed to be fairly strong to make up for it being unique.
The RNG is necessary for the ability to function.

and we know the problem too, which is that the win condition to lynch 3 townies in one game was near impossible. although there is no auto win con, u are really only winning when evils are just cleaning up the remainder of the town (which btw they aren’t always forced to lynch)
I'm necessarily happy about the goal myself. That's why I decided to rework it into a NP.
