you dont duplicate coven effects you said that yourself
duping apoc or NK isn't present on most lists
duping KP , given your previous stipulations and inability to target coven, is rare for this reason

Imo I can see this being coven utility if you also add positive effects to happen to coven members when targeted

so you can make more insane plays like, having PM heal 2 coven at once, or have a coven member veticide to get a confirmed kill on a town who has bg/trapper or smth like that
