New gadget:
Belt paint meter, has a selection of changing your paint to a different level (primary, secondary, tertiary). Different paint levels recolor different parts of a block. Putting your hand on the belt will reveal a menu to choose the level
This is its own gadget slot so you can put on any other gadgets while having this on
