Part of the reason I haven't acted on it sooner is because like with my CW plans this update, I know that this is actually a slightly more time-heavy thing than it might let on, since removing stars also comes with the expectation of adding in new ones, and I don't really have the capacity for that currently

To be fair, getting Star Creator/Star Program is more of a award rather then a job they have to do. It would kinda be silly to have a quota for content, since each star creator have a different style of editing, filiming etc. For example, PufffBros post a short basically every day, while Yixy makes a video every 8 - 9 months because of how well edited and long they are

I dont think completely removing people from star program just for inactivity is a good idea, instead i think like after 2-3 months without uploading they should get a few warnings before temporarily losing star creator privileges until they upload again
