The Yeeps Senate would be a 5-Party Senate with two levels. a 2nd Tier (Lower) with 20 members, and a 1st Tier (Higher) with 15 memebers. You must win a spot in the Lower Tier to move on.
There are 5 "group" party's. Buttcoin Party, Anchor League, Green Council, Canon Committee, and Gnome's (which are independents). Each 2 months a President of the Senate will be elected. Only the Higher Tier members can vote on a president. Majority votes win. (If in the future we grow, we will let people vote on president.) If a tie happens we go to runoffs until one president wins or gives up.
The whole point of the senate is for people to engage and talk in Yeeps. Maybe our votes and "bills" will get Nathans attention.
