Look okay you enable the setting and either select one bubble wich you can then select after the setting was pressed so everything you have in that bubble will be shared to everybody in the lobby until you leave or if you press all everybody will get all of your bubbles in the lobby but only in the lobby you are in

If this is a personal setting, it's a bad idea, part of item sharing balance is that you need to physically hand it to someone, that's part of the whole point

If its a map setting this is a good idea

Also, official map lobbies (and normally full lobbies in general) usually have a good blend of every gadget/block, so this setting would discourage buying techweb items because you would almost always have that gadget

This works better as a map (set by map owner, affects only that map) setting than a personal (set by user, affects every map) setting

okay again one person shares it either you have it enabled and you get a new option in your inv or you have it disabled (btw its in enhanced settings not normal) you dont get a extra option in your inv this good?

Once again for my point, being able to give someone the bubble for an item outright ruins the balance of sharing/owning items, shared items are meant to be handed out by hand/RC dispensers (like tanks), because you don't own that item, thus making you have to handle it more carefully

You are meant to not own an item when you don't own it
