SUPERPOWERS - MINIMAL UPDATE PART 1
-Added Minimal-Mode
-For people who dont like the chaos of normal mode
-Doesnt Have Chaos Superpowers (Multishot, Shoot Cannonballs, etc.)
-Low-Gravity for more calm-ness (is that a real word?)
-Moved the Non-Staff Abuse Team to Staff & Community Items
-Added Normal-Team (the one you get when you join)
-Added teleporter to Minimal-Mode (Must have Non-Staff Abuse Team to enter)
