For as annoying controversial posts can be, at the end of the day a lot of them still give a window into what the community wants, and that feedback, added completely or not is still very useful for what the devs decide to do

For example the pride posts show the devs that they can show a bit more pride stuff even if they will do very little, in-game or not

Going back here, this suggestion in itself is a controversial post, and I bet the supporters of this suggestion want their opinion able to be heard

And for whatever amount of support this is shown trass and the mod team can decide if they want to change the rules some, since the amount of liked to disliked is still valuable for them to see general opinion
