#Griefing report problems

I tried my best to put this into words.
Also I would suggest reading but basically I'm trying to say stop taking reports so literal.

The problem about griefing is that you need to catch a player destroying 3 blocks. I'm not saying lower that but instead we should use evidence that someone griefed even if it isnt clearly shown on camera. For example in a recording if the build is destroyed and you see a player eat 2 blocks and you go to kick the person and when you come back more blocks are gone the player should be banned. But in most situations sense the player wasn't clearly shown destroying 3 blocks they don't get banned.

Another problem is sarcasm causing a player to not get banned. One time a player was threatening to grief my build so I said, "I dare you I'm currently recording," but according to mods that gave the player the ability to grief even though I yelled griefer at them and they saw me try to kick them. In that situation anyone who didn't have the intent to maliciously grief would have stopped but the player whowas destroyingmy build didn't.

Basically reports are taken too literal and should work more or less like a court case where players should be banned if there is enough evidence showing the player most likely griefed.

Another example is if someone destroys 2 blocks of a build on camera and the build looks destroyed already and people are yelling griefer that should be enough proof that someone griefed
