I feel like this is more self explanatory. From a message with future saying " Lets be honest, you dont know how punishment works for stars " bringing up a WHOLE new topic of moderation.
Another example of this would be when threads and suggestions were randomly closed, it brings up an interesting topic on how moderation waits until the backlash gets to a point where they cant ignore it and then change stuff

Something to FIX this would atleast be a channel that has something each month where it explains big moderation stuff (punishments how many people were banned etc) or any moderation question that has gotten wayy to big

some MORE reasons on why we should have this can include
more trust with moderation (some people including myself really dont trust some actions moderations do)
more explanations on certain things like punishments for different roles ETC
more actions explaing on what certain roles can do

there are aton of more reasons on why mod transparency is useful but those are the only ones i could think of
