Update to Private Worlds

Private worlds are supposed to inspire creativity, yet you need 100 buttcoins to buy one, and 2000 buttcoins to buy a seperate room. Here are some changes I think should be added.

1: Free PWs
Private world's shouldn't cost money. They should be free.
Preferably free, but prices may vary.
2: Free Rooms
Why do we need so much money just to create? Like, just make it free. Preferably free, but prices may vary.
3: Free Map Rescaling + Bigger map sizes
There is not enough room, also we need to be allowed to rescale maps at a lower price, preferably free.
