Potion arrow

An arrow with a glass orb on the end with a corked opening on it. Fill it with any potion and then throw or load it in a crossbow. When it hits anything it shatters and the potion spreads out affecting anyone in a 5 block radius.

If you shoot it with no potion glass shards break away and damage people like the cactus spikes.
-# Would be cool if glass bottles did this if you threw it down.
