Ratings System for Community worlds

This will fix the Community world problem Yeeps has by tanking the prices of ratings are low, I know your gonna be telling me that people will make alt accounts to lower Buttcoin earnings for the map but they have to have been playing Yeeps for 14 days and must have been active for 1 week to review to prevent bots and alts if the reviews are below 3 stars then the Buttcoin earnings will be lower by 25 percent meaning less Buttcoins for slop map creators making maps just for the sake of making money
To access the ratings menu just double tap the 3 lines button on your left controller to prevent map creators from hiding the rating system

2: If a bunch of 1 & 2 or 4 % 5 star ratings get submitted within 30 seconds of each other, they wouldnt count
