If hackers or glitch users got neon charms just let everyone use them, I’ve seen them and they don’t glow but are like bright pastels.

I don’t understand why we can have them even if they won’t glow in the dark, at least just let us use the paint on charms so we can have nice bright colors.

I’ve never seen them visually glitch, they just are neon but don’t glow in the dark idk how to explain. So we should be able to have them
