Fixing Wilds.

Hey y'all, haven't made a suggestion in a while but GOD The WILDS maps sucks now!

I see four main problems with wilds.

One: Griefers, Pretty self explanatory because wow, no matter how much you kick or report, they always come back to ruin your day.

Two: PVPers...WHY ARE YOU PVPING IN A BUILDING GAME MODE??? I do not see the damn reason, how do you dictate who wins or loses when you literally CAN'T kill the other player and DON'T get me started on door pvp!

Three: Trollers....They always follow and hit you for no damn reason and when you tell them to stop they mock you or call you "sensitive!" and other just tell them to keep ragebaitting you just so it's funny! Also they spawn a heck ton of mobs.

Four: People who paste & clear maps then leave...IF YOU ARE GONNA CLEAR A MAP AND LEAVE, I DON'T LIKE YOU!, And people paste in maps when others are CLEARLY trying to build! (i do not know how to solve this, maybe make it so people who are clearing the map can't leave until the vote goes through then like 5 seconds later.)

My solutions: Griefers need more intense punishments in creative mode obviously.

Trollers should not be encouraged to make other people's days worse.

PVPers should get a popup after the game detects like 6 hits to a another player saying [Hey! looks like you are fighting someone, would you like to be teleported to a pvp gamemode?] if they press yes tghen they are both teleported if they say no then they won't be able to use any combat items for a minute to not disturb other builders.

It would be better if we had a rule sign so you can get your gear without cotton (you only spend it by shooting/something else)

With that then the point of actually going to PvP would stand

Oh yeah another thing, Why do people hate playmode so much in wilds, is it because they can't be annoying or grief a build?

no there wouldn't. theres a lot of gamemodes. nobody turns on playmode in wilds unless they pasted in a map and usually it gets turned right back on

lol thats just not true. i don't see pasted in maps that much anymore. usually it spikes when people repaste a map that someone pasted in but that only lasts for a few hours

Yeah the pvp one is just a personal grudge i have

went into 20 wilds map. 10 in suburb, 5 in snow, 3 in fantasy and 2 in ocean. (not enough lobbies). out of all of them, 6 had pasted in maps. (almost all from suburbs).

chance of pasted in maps: 6/20 or 30%

for a gamemode dedicated to building AND pasting in maps, thats pretty low

if you just want building, go to freebuild

Freebuild is only made for beginners, and it's really cluttered cause it's only for them

A solution for number four is that there could be a few
designated maps to paste.
A solution for number one is if someone takes at least 5 blocks you placed, after a couple seconds you would get a pop up saying “someone took your blocks, return them to where you placed it?” And there would be an option that it doesn’t give you the pop up for your friend or something like that.

1. nobody would go into that map unless they were pasting in maps.
2. you could just build in someones build. if they destroy it they can just place it back

that would take a long time. It was simpler and probably more effective because if someone just doesnt paste in the map they leave (most of the time)

I think that wilds should be wild
but like, we should also have a space in creative mode that's good for just building
no toxic gadgets, no mobs, no pasting, etc
and if trass doesn't want to separate those two, I feel like prioritizing the latter over the former is the better of the two choices most the majority of people

pasting maps should not be removed from wilds

it should just have a cooldown

so you cant go into 30 lobbies and spam the same map

pasting is okay, but we have one map where it isn't allowed

and that map has its own issues

yes and no. we can have a map made directly for sharing maps but banning it in the main wilds would go back to the original problem

How about something like this. (We keep regular wilds but add a no paste or clear wilds that can be changed biome and a wilds permanently in playmode but allows the pasting of maps.)

pvping in wilds is really fun

What are you going to do about people you are falsely banned for griefing or other stuff

Also people who PvP in there want the ability to not die and infinite cotton and if your trying to to get someone to back off by hitting them then this message pops up and then they can just mess with you without getting hit away

Some of the points are true they are annoying but:

• Griefing/trolling are banned
• People clearing then leaving doesn't really matter, the map would get cleared either way
• People pvp in wilds because they get infinite cotton and it's fun. I'm assuming "door pvp" is the door fling glitch which is also banned btw
