I feel like the only way they would add this would be that you drink a small potion or smth then you’ll be able to drive it or maybe they could add throwable potions to make people/items (like the RC car) be affected by select potions and then be able to drive it.

All this update would do is adding a block that makes rc cars larger and faster (More vehicle like), plus rc cars are in an individual shop they're not connected to any biomes, so what you're saying is that rc cars don't make any sence.

because yeeps takes place in a childs dream, it may not seem that way but kids tend to like cars and going fast, and it's a suggestion it probably won't even make it into the game.
