Marching Band Update (music 3)

it's very obvious we need another music update so here's some simple stuff they could add

performers that play sheet music on the corresponding color music stand (you can mix and match sheet music to mix up the gnome's song)
new music blocks like the horn block making a trumpet sound, bit block making an 8-bit chiptune sound, and guitar block making a guitar sound
yeep block that works identical to the skull but with yeep noises instead
new effects being reverse making the song play in reverse, the chorus making the song more full, and the warp which makes the song all wobbly and distorted

the bundle could very easily be a marching band leader with a bongo reskin to mach the bundle

A very useful block could be record broadcaster counterparts to the fx blocks

The fx are useful for editing sound (obviously) but if you want to edit a specific note for just the right sound in a song you'd have to apply it to every other actively playing note, or use a different track and speaker color, but with these you could edit specific notes and keep other ones the same
