it would be useful as they can learn at their own pace and dont have to worry about some yeep with over 1000 hours ingame. They can also choose to be in a normal server too (automatically gets put in normal servers in private codes)
And if the new players doesnt understand then some people should have a role basically the same with trainer in gods of gravity
Oh and when they have over a day of playtime ingame they are put into normal servers or become a helper to help out in minigames (Tap tag, hide and seek, other minigames that have pvp in the public world)
