Well, the art overall is what might be the issue.

The owner of the art (the logo) could have made the art piece, sent it to trass and trass may have put a "creative commons" (cc) licence under it.

A creative commons licence is a licence that allows users to do basically whatever they want with the art.

However, they need the owners permission for it.

Also, the CC licence comes in alot of different flavours too. So, its best to ask what licence the logo holds before profiting off of it at all.

If you want to learn more, this website can be very helpful in learning about the creative commons licence in its entirety! ^^
