Have a Cooldown for pasting maps in Wilds

Do you even go into wilds and see some kid trying to spam paste a map. It’s really annoying, so to prevent that, there should be a cooldown for pasting maps in Wilds! The cooldown that I was thinking of was a 30 second cooldown, but from 30-60 seconds cooldown would work in my opinion.

sure, however it’s annoying when the server just doesn’t vote and then it fails to kick the player

it's more about starting the vote, if they're genuinely being annoying to everyone the server will naturally say yes, but if they aren't spamming it people will likely decline the vote.

im not saying don't add this, it's a good idea, but im just providing a solution

i agree, however sometimes people just don’t vote at all, in my personal experience, when something like this occurs, and i try to vote kick them, some people do vote, but then some people don’t vote, which then fails to vote kick the player because people aren’t voting
