I'm saying that say a scammer scams me out of a sea dragon that took me hours to get. The player that scammed wouldn't care cus the ban wouldn't be that long, but if it deleted the fish and the other rare ones they had (and ones from scammed players that don't have the discord) will be gone. The scammer would still get the fish in the end without this. Plus I would want a player to lose all their rare fish if they scammed me out of a sea dragon that I worked for, and I bet you would too.
As long as your not obsessed with yeeps most bans won't be long enough to affect the player, if their scamming they might not care if they get banned but if they lose their rare fish then they might care
