RC vehicle torch attachment

I want to make a map where it is pitch black, and all you have is a torch to see, but I also wanted to have people use rc cars to scout out areas that may not be safe, but there is no way to see in the car when it’s dark, so this torch attachment would be very helpful for seeing in the dark while driving an rc vehicle.

I don’t really know much about how much it should be to purchase, or even how it would really work, so if anyone thinks of a way it would work and how much it should cost, please tell me.
