Think about it how many times have you seen a dev and how many times have you seen a hacker, both are about equally as rare to find.
Also I've only ever seen clips of hackers in hangout maps. So devs are being fake hackers to make more people interested in yeeps and make videos that gain more players and they only go in hangout maps so players won't get angry if their actually trying to play a game mode.
