Fix suggestions (READ IT PLEEEAAASE)

Cmon, theres so many old, popular, or really wanted/hated posts that just take all of the comments or whatever there called.
So many suggestions get ignored because of these ones, its insane.
Forgot which post it was, but one of them had to revive, because almost immediately after posting it got moved down twice
In a nutshell, let small posts be visible, dont let the popular ones block them from view

IDEA: A place for popular suggestions to get added by mods, but reviewed by devs. If a suggestion gets say, 500+ positive reactions, mod copy/pastes it, and deletes the old one. If a suggestion gets 500+ negative reactions, a mod removes it.

but really most of the suggestions that get ignored are either too basic, has no real info, or has already been confirmed to be not added

and you could always just revive ur suggestions if you want
