Plane creation update

Make a new update techweb that has plane blocks such as, wheels, engines, Plane wings, and maybe logos for airlines. Make it so the planes aren’t super big but kind like the size of a private jet. The inside has all the things other private jets have and the cockpit isn’t like the IRL cockpits since that would take a long time. But it has all the essentials like turn on engines. Engine power throttle, and turn on/off lights in the cabin. Also maybe add a plane spawner. Also add a limit so there can only be 4-5 planes in a wilds lobby at a time
