It's literally a trophy to show you beat horror though, it's not a holloween themed item and it's just supposed to be so you can show people you won

It’s meant to be a block to show that you beat the levels, not that you beat them within a limited time.

if a new player join like a month later from today and beat all the horror levels they should be able to get the trophy as the horror is staying

The reason why it’s in the “Always Available” category is because the Horror Level will always be available. The trophy block is to show how hard you pushed through horror and showing how fearless you are. If the horror levels are still available, and the special block wouldn’t be available, we would have done all our work for (almost) absolutely nothing.
