I know I know, this is familiar, basically whenever you equip this boosting cart it gives you 2 bubbles, one with a green arrow pointing upwards, and a red arrow pointed downwards, whenever you pull on one of them it boosts you ( green arrow) or slows you down ( red arrow ), it would also cost 100 stuffing each time you pull it, and if you already have any extra bubbles, it just puts the boost/slowdown bubble on top, this would be good for cart ride game, mini games, community worlds, and more!
