Here’s one of my theories: HEAR ME OUT!!! So most of us probably know that yeeps had to move to the gnome dimension because bugs destroyed the yeeps dimension AND everything in the yeeps and gnome dimension is made of cotton or silver beans… but if you look at the bugs… THEY DONT HAVE ANY STITCHES!!! the closest thing they have to stitches is the lines from there exoskeleton and you may ask… “but boom bugs and wasp have stitches!” Here’s the thing… boom bugs aren’t based off of actual bugs but instead are based on a parasite!!! And the wasp… ITS A INSECT NOT A BUG and not to mention neither of them HAVE PURPLE EYES LIKE THE BUGS and so my theory is that the bugs arnt from the yeeps OR gnome dimension.. BUT ARE INSTEAD FROM A DIFFERENT BUG DIMENSION WHERE THEY TAKE OVER OTHER DIMENSIONS TO THRIVE IN THEM!!!

Fantasy biome Theory: this is connected to my bug dimension Theory… I think that the fantasy biome is actually from the BUG DIMENSION but when the bugs came they landed in a swamp and brought some of the fantasy biome with them where the bugs corrupted the swamp making it similar to there home dimension and possibly doing the same with other biomes so the fantasy biome isn’t a fantasy biome… it’s just what’s left of the swamp biome. I also like to believe that the fantasy gnomes are just gnomes that have became zombies and are now the host of the mushrooms making there own civilization but with all this corruption in the swamp who’s gonna stop it?… the king frog… think about it he has a kingdom full of traps,mazes,and BUGS my theory is that the king frog started experimenting on the queen by trapping her in his castle to hopefully find a cure so he calls yeeps over to fight her and defeat her to know her weakness and strengths and when she’s killed he just uses her dna to clone her and keep testing on her until he can finally save his home…

Jeff theory: so Jeff and a few other gnomes in the game have arms but other gomes don’t and you might say “they just hide their arms in there shirt” NO not only does the shirt less gnome still have no arms but also in the fantasy village one of the gnomes mentioned that they DONT HAVE ARMS so my theory is that Jeff and all these gnomes have a birth defect that gives them extra limbs like how sometimes autism can raise someone’s IQ and Jeff being the goat he is took his weird look of having arms and used it help the gnomes and send off a message to everyone about this defect. I also believe that Jeff was the one who helped make the portal but felt guilty for all the people vanishing in it and never coming back so he went in to try to save people but turned into wood in the process trapped him in the snowy mountain to later be dug back up by YOU…

Frog theory: so I already stated that the king frog probably built a castle with all those traps and mazes to trap the queen bug then kill her and clone her to try and find a cure for all the things the bugs have done… but if you look at the frog castle it has scorpion pictures engraved in the walls but why?… because scorpions eat/hunt bugs… think just think… the king would want to keep the bugs out of his castle right? So he made fake scorpions to hopefully scare them away and keep himself safe… and you see how the kingdom is destroyed? I believe the queen raided the kingdom destroying it and killing most of the troops before the king trapped her in the throne room and used magic to create scorpion statues to help keep her trapped inside…

Human Theory (1.0): remember how big starter house is and how barren it is? I believe the yeeps world (aka 1.0) was once ran by humans that are now extinct cuz if you go into starter house or blue house drink a biggie potion and a legs potion it suddenly becomes the size of a small house… also a dev themself said that the biggie blade was made by a GIANT RACE OF YEEPS… I also believe they they went extinct in the early 2000 cuz if you look at the houses and the name of the SUBURBS biome it makes sense they have a nostalgic vibe of a 1990s house… but that’s not all… you may not know but in the universe the first yeep to roam the dimension looked like VOO-DOO DOLLS so I believe that when the humans died they became reborn as yeeps and then made more of each other with magic… but what might have made the humans go extinct?… a VIRUS think about it the gnomes in the yeeps dimension turn into wood almost like theres a chemical in the air doing this… in fact nearly everything in the universe is made of wood… so I believe that something happened to start a wooden apocalypse and destroying the planet leaving us as the only live creatures there…

Monster theory: I don’t have a lot of evidence so this is mostly on imagination but I believe the monster game mode is more than a game mode but instead a CURSE. When you get tagged in monster mode you become the monster and when the game ends you can’t tag anyone until a new game begins and not to mention that the 2 maps you play it in are abandoned… I believe that the “monster” is a demon/curse that you must give to someone else and the last person to be monster is monster FOREVER…

What about it just being the beacon being the reason everything goes wrong corrupts, local populations of insects and mollusks and corrupt creatures and creates horrors like the queen and the boom bugs

The beacon corrupted other creatures to wolves rats bats and created others yetis
The Beacon could just be the source of evil

Goblins are just evil on their own
And my theory for the monster is a natural predator of the Yeeps because it’s gameplay mechanics can’t really tell much about it

Yeeps should TOTALLY HOST an event where the bugs take over every official map and you have to kill them all and at the end there would be a huge boss in gnome capital that drops really good loot like crystals and ores
