Ability charms are a creative mode only item that if you put in a team charm infuser, will give players on the team the ability’s.
How ability’s work

Teleportation: basically the secondary movement option in VRchat where you have a line coming from your hand and where the line hits the ground, you press the trigger, causing you to teleport.
Invisibility: the difference from the invisibility potion is that you can toggle it.
