(Help) how to teleport to maps

Pls yall how to teleport to masp so don’t have to hike a ton to go to a map some one said to click the circles in the map but i dont see them pls help with vid/pic if you can

also, this isn't a suggestion

if you don't see the buttons on the map, then your map is bugged
and if your map is bugged, you can't teleport
I don't think there's a current fix
