No, the Suburb one was way too bright to be a yellow, which is why they changed it to white, and plus, what neon color would it even be?

I looked at it in game the second the update dropped. It is not as different as people claim. Especially if they aren’t right next to each other. You could make a hallway where every other light on the ceiling is neon yellow, with the rest being white, and no one would notice until they really look at it and pay attention to it.

Also this is assuming there isn’t special lighting. During sunsets/sunrises it’s way harder to tell the difference.
