Potionaholic: deal 0.5x damage, with permanent blindness and haste. but you also have 5k cotton. (8x 500 is still 4k damage, but they don't get Regen)
Flip side: permanent levitation... not much to say.
Dj: gain access to a special disco room where you can play music for fellow yeeps!
Pacifist: Spectator without the invis
Barista: new potion bar area that the barista can access. biggie bone is not included in the selection however.
Daredevil: new Russian roulette room that the daredevil can open for other yeeps, with a separate team that doesn't have any friendly fire for other yeeps.
(all special rooms are next to the potion bar somewhere. all can be accessible by other yeeps via a toggle, except for the barista.)

1. Focus on the actual gameplay and the map. like axo said, adding more map variants instead of entire separate game modes would definitely increase retention.
2. Make v.i.p more worth it. adding more perks means encouraging people to spend more money 🤑🤑🤑 things that aren't broken, but can still be worth the buttcoins. like a pacifist team that looks identical to a regular player, but they can't die and can't kill anyone. maybe even exclusive areas that v.i.p's can access 👀
3. quality over quantity. improving upon the existing map instead of making new ones can allow for more linear gameplay. such as new secret rooms to hide in, or a chill hangout spot without pvp.
4. make rules! teaming is one of the most annoying things in your map, making it not allowed would be optimal.

2. people are ALREADY complaining that vip is too good, we aren't buffing it again, and we already have a spectator team
3. we've basically hit the block limit for the first map, and there's already a bunch of rooms that nobody uses
4. teaming is allowed, because it adds for much more diverse gameplay
   people can team up, betray each other, and generally make their own rules
   I've seen several servers where people enforce their own rule of "no killing in the bar"
   and to add onto that, targeting is NOT allowed in the map, so if the entire server teams to target you, then they're breaking the map AND yeeps rules

our next map could be a pure combat map though
no teaming, just raw ffa

(also I do want to mention, teamers can usually be dealt with pretty easily and I end up struggling MORE against people in ffa battles)

like I stated for the second thing, make the new v.i.p perks have no actual effect on gameplay. like, for example, I suggested special rooms/teams to super, those being: DJ: access to a disco room in the actual world instead of a simple room. only the DJ can open it up, and play music on the stage. Barista: access to a "potion bar" area where the barista can make potions for fellow yeeps. (excluding some of the more overpowered items, such as chameleon tail, and biggie bone.) and finally: daredevil: access a new Russian roulette room that other yeeps can mess around in, along with a non-friendly fire team.

also may I mention that v.i.p isn't all too op... it's mainly the potions in the v.i.p room that make it that way.
